I’ve never been one for setting New Years resolutions. However, I recently saw a trend online where folks list things they want to bring into their lives and things they want to leave out. Setting goals is scary to me, I often get really excited about trying something new but then self-doubt creeps in and I have a hard time staying motivated. This year I’m going to focus on my ins and outs, what I want more in life and what I am ready to let go. I would love to come back to this list throughout the year and check in on how I am doing.
